1Personal Information We Collect

1.1AI & Cloud Processing Data

To power features such as AI portraits, video generation, and face enhancement, Velgo may upload the media you explicitly select to our secure cloud servers for processing. Exactly what happens during that process is governed by the rules below:

• What is processed — only the items you actively choose to upload are sent to our servers, and each upload is used strictly to generate the specific AI effect you have requested.
• No biometric profiling — we do not build, collect, or store biometric facial templates, raw facial feature vectors, or any other persistent identifier of your face.
• No secondary use — your uploaded media is never used for advertising, user profiling, or AI model pre-training without your explicit consent.
• Immediate deletion — as soon as a generation task completes and the result is returned, the original image or video is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain a copy.
• Proprietary infrastructure — all AI capabilities run on our own proprietary models hosted on private infrastructure; your content is not forwarded to any third-party AI API or external cloud model.

1.2Usage & Device Information

To keep the app stable, diagnose errors, and understand how features are used, we automatically collect technical data including a unique device identifier (UUID), operating system version, device model, mobile network information, IP address, access logs, and interaction history within the app. Because Velgo has no account system, this information is associated only with an anonymous device identifier and is not used to identify you as an individual.

为保障应用稳定、定位问题并理解功能使用情况，我们会自动采集技术数据，包括设备唯一标识（UUID）、操作系统版本、设备型号、移动网络信息、IP 地址、访问日志以及你在应用内的交互记录。由于 Velgo 不存在账号体系，这些数据只与一个匿名的设备标识关联，不会被用于识别你的个人身份。

2How We Use Your Information

• Core Functionality — to deliver the AI photo and video editing features you have requested.
• Customer Support — to diagnose technical issues, respond to your questions, and follow up on feedback.
• Security & Safety — to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
• Service Improvement — to analyze anonymized usage trends and refine our proprietary AI models.

3Device Permissions

• Photos — to let you select and edit media from your library. Velgo only reads the items you pick; it does not scan your library in the background.
• Camera — to capture new photos or videos directly for AI processing when you choose an in-app capture flow.
• Tracking (IDFA) — only requested through iOS's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and is fully optional.
• Notifications — to alert you when a long-running AI generation task has finished.

Every permission can be reviewed, enabled, or revoked at any time from your device Settings. Denying a permission may disable the related feature, but will not affect the rest of the app.

4Third-Party Disclosure & Data Transfer

Velgo does not sell your personal information, and we do not allow other companies to market to you based on data you share with us. To deliver the service we rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure partners — for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure cloud hosting and high-performance AI computation. These providers are contractually bound by strict confidentiality, data-processing, and security obligations.

We may disclose information if we are compelled to do so by applicable law, a binding court order, or a valid government request, and only to the extent legally required. Depending on where our infrastructure is located, your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence; in those cases we ensure that the transfer mechanisms and safeguards meet the security standards required by applicable data protection laws.

5Data Security & Retention

Because Velgo does not require account registration, we do not store profile-level personal data such as names, email addresses, or social-login identifiers. In-app preferences are kept locally on your device and can be cleared at any time by deleting and reinstalling the app. Diagnostic logs tied to an anonymous device identifier are retained only for the minimum period required for debugging and anti-abuse analysis, and are automatically rotated out thereafter.

Original media uploaded for AI generation is deleted immediately after the task is complete. Data in transit is protected with industry-standard end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.2+), and access to our backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel under the principle of least privilege.

由于 Velgo 不要求注册账号，我们不会存储姓名、邮箱、第三方登录标识等用户档案级个人数据。应用内偏好保存在你的设备本地，你可以通过删除并重新安装应用随时清除。与匿名设备标识关联的诊断日志仅保留最短必要期限，用于问题排查和反滥用分析，之后会自动轮转删除。

6Children's Privacy

Velgo is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Velgo, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract online) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you further represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the application.

访问或使用 Velgo 即表示你声明：你已年满 13 周岁（或你所在司法管辖区在线订立合同的最低法定年龄），并具备订立本协议的民事行为能力。如果你代表某一组织使用本服务，则同时声明自己已获授权代表该组织接受本条款。如果你不同意本条款的任何部分，请停止使用本应用。

2Generative AI (AIGC) Provisions

2.1Input Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, and text prompts you submit. You represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights in the Input, or have obtained all required licenses and permissions from rights holders and any identifiable individuals depicted, and that your Input does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

你对向本服务提交的照片、视频和文本提示承担全部责任。你声明并保证：你对输入享有必要权利，或已从权利人以及其中可识别的个人处获得全部所需的授权与许可；你的输入不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、隐私权、形象权或其他权利。

2.2Output Nature

Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, AI-generated results may not be unique across users and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected artifacts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, completeness, or suitability of any Output for a specific purpose, and you should independently assess it before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

2.3AI Labeling & Watermarking

To support transparency and comply with current digital content regulations, Velgo may embed visible or invisible digital watermarks, "AI-Generated" metadata, or similar identifiers into Output. Attempting to circumvent, remove, obscure, or tamper with these identifiers, or re-uploading modified versions that strip them, is strictly prohibited.

为提升透明度并遵守现行数字内容监管要求，Velgo 可能在输出中嵌入可见或不可见的数字水印、"AI 生成"元数据或其他类似标识。严禁以任何方式规避、移除、遮盖或篡改上述标识，也不得重新上传已剥离标识的修改版本。

3Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original Input. You grant Velgo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and modify your Input solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we assign to you the rights in and to the Output for personal or commercial use, within the scope permitted by your subscription tier. All UI/UX design, proprietary AI models, filters, templates, visual assets, and music provided within Velgo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

你保留对自己原始输入的所有权。你授予 Velgo 一项全球范围内、非独占、免版税的许可，仅为运营与改进本服务之目的，托管、存储、复制和修改你的输入。

在你持续遵守本条款的前提下，我们会在你所属订阅等级允许的范围内，将输出相关的权利转让给你用于个人或商业用途。Velgo 应用内的所有 UI/UX 设计、自研 AI 模型、滤镜、模板、视觉素材及音乐，均归我们或我们的许可方所有，并受著作权法及其他适用法律保护。

4Apple App Store Subscriptions & Payments

All purchases and subscriptions made inside the app are processed through your Apple ID. Prices may change over time; we will provide reasonable advance notice of any material price increase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can view, manage, or cancel any active subscription at any time from iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Because we do not have access to Apple's payment records, any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support. Certain high-performance AI features may require "Compute Credits"; any unused credits may expire at the end of the relevant billing cycle.

应用内的一切购买和订阅均通过你的 Apple ID 结算。价格可能随时间调整；对于实质性涨价，我们会提前合理告知。除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续订。你可随时在 iPhone 的"设置 > Apple ID > 订阅"中查看、管理或取消。

5Prohibited Conduct

To protect our users, our platform, and third parties, you agree not to use Velgo to:

• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals.
• Generate illegal content, including CSAM, content that promotes extreme violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the weights, architecture, or internal source code of our proprietary AI models or the Service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated Output as a purely human-captured recording for fraud, manipulation of public opinion, market deception, or similar purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service and remove offending content if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

为保护用户、平台及第三方权益，你同意不得将 Velgo 用于：

• 在未经本人同意的情况下，生成针对真实人物的深度伪造或私密图像。
• 生成违法内容，包括儿童性侵害素材（CSAM）、煽动或美化极端暴力、恐怖主义或仇恨言论的内容。
• 逆向工程、反编译或以其他方式试图获取我们自研 AI 模型或本服务的权重、架构或内部源代码。
• 将 AI 生成的输出冒充为纯人类实拍的"真实"影像，用于欺诈、操纵公共舆论、市场误导或类似目的。

如我们合理判断上述规则被违反，我们可能暂停或终止相关使用者对服务的访问，并下架违规内容。

6Privacy & Data Security

Our collection and processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which you should read together with these Terms. Wherever technically feasible, Velgo performs processing directly on your device using Apple's Neural Engine (NPU) to minimize data transmission. When cloud computation is required, your data is protected with encryption in transit and is deleted from our servers after the generation task is complete.

我们对你数据的收集与处理受《隐私政策》约束，请与本条款一并阅读。在技术可行的前提下，Velgo 会优先使用设备端（通过 Apple 神经引擎 NPU）进行处理，以减少数据传输。若必须使用云端计算，你的数据将在传输过程中加密保护，并在生成任务完成后从服务器删除。

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velgo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including — but not limited to — AI "hallucinations" in Output, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Velgo 及其关联公司、管理人员、员工及合作伙伴不对因你使用本服务所产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特别、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任，包括但不限于 AI 输出中的"幻觉"、数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断或声誉损害。

8Service Modifications

The Service, its features, and the underlying AI landscape evolve rapidly. We may modify these Terms, add or remove features, or adjust how certain capabilities work. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

本服务、其功能以及整个 AI 行业环境都在快速演进。我们可能会修改本条款、增加或移除功能，或调整部分能力的运作方式。在重大修改时，我们会同步更新上方日期，并在合适情形下在应用内提供额外通知。条款更新后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受更新后的条款。

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

2How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your iPhone — no email or support request is required:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap "Subscriptions".
4. Find Velgo in the Active list.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

If you do not see a "Cancel Subscription" button, it usually means the subscription has already been canceled and will not renew at the end of the current period.

你可以随时在 iPhone 上直接取消订阅，无需通过邮件或客服申请：

3Refund Policy

Because all subscription payments are processed by Apple, we do not have the technical ability to issue refunds directly from our side. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you are otherwise eligible for a refund under Apple's policies, please submit your request via Apple's official portal at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4Free Trial Policy

Some subscription plans may include an introductory free trial. If you convert a free trial to a paid subscription early, any unused portion of the trial is automatically forfeited. To avoid being charged at the end of a free trial, cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends using the same Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions flow described above.

5Legal
